আমরা ছোট বেলায় হয়তো অনেকেই মজা করে খেলতাম যে কে কতবার কত দ্রুত বলতে পারে
পাখি পাকাঁ পেপে খায়, অথবা
জলে চন তাজা, তেলে চুল তাজা ইত্যাদি বাক্যসমুহ।
মজা করে খেললেও এতে আমাদের জড়তা অনেক হ্রাস পায়। এদেরকে ইংরেজি টাং টুইস্টার বলে। যাদের ইংরেজিতে কথা বলতে গেলে ততলামি হয় আথবা জড়তা কাজ করে এবং যারা ইংরেজিতে দ্রুত কথা বলতে চান তাদের জন্য নিচের টাং টুইস্টার সমুহ দেয়া হলো। প্রত্যেকটি খুব স্পস্ট এবং দ্রুত বলার চেস্টা করুন। বেশী উপকার পেতে প্রতিদিন একটি টাং টুইস্টার চর্চা করুন।

A tongue-twister is a group of words that are difficult to utter quickly and correctly. It is a great way to practice tongue-twisters and improve your pronunciation and fluency. Those who stammer while speaking English can get immense benifit by practicing the tongue-twisters. There are a number of tongue-twisters to practice.
